Very friendly and knowledgable. Was able to diagnose the problem quickly and found the issue immediately. I would definitely call Yates electric again for any issues. He was also very respectful and considerate about keeping our home clean.

We had Yates remove the knob and tube wiring from our rental property in St Thomas, they did a great job with very few repairs necessary in the drywall. The price was reasonable and the job was done in a timely manner. We were so impressed that we had them come and do some wiring in our home in Stratford.

Highly recommend Yates Electrical Services if you’re in the area. They came to quote us on an EV charger installation and were spot on with the estimate. Very professional service overall with great work. The install job looked even better than I had imagined. Very happy with the work, would absolutely call them again for future electrical work around the house.

We had Richard out to figure out why some of our outlets/lights weren’t working. He was able to come in good timing, found the problem and fixed it. He’s professional, explained things if we had questions and was overall great! We’ll definitely use him again in the future. 10/10 recommend!

Had a problem with my outdoor GFI panel and called Yates Electrical. Richard answered, and even tho it was his day off, he showed up at my house 30 minutes later. Assessed my problem quickly and fixed it right up for a great price. Had him back a week or so later to wire up my new hot tub as well - which he did at no charge! I have found my new electrician! Richard is super friendly, very professional, quick to respond and very knowledgeable! Very highly recommend Yates Electrical Services to anyone looking for an electrican in St. Thomas or area. 5+ stars from me!!

Yates electrical is a great company to work with if ever you need anything electrical done. We've been having problems for months in our bathroom and Richard has come out twice to get down to the root of the problem- even after hours! Great pricing and thorough work - highly recommend!
