Terrible company to deal with.
Year after year, huge increases; even while in a contract. Very hard to get out of their one sided contracts. If you decided to go with this company, read every single piece of fine print, you'll realize how crooked they are.
Too many missed pick ups that they will end up billing you for, and you have to fight to have the charges removed.

We delt with WM at my work for the past 30 years, recently they have drastically raised their prices. Even being in a contract, the price continued to clime to over $300 above the contract amount. Also not very helpful on the phone with their hidden fees.

I've had some decent experience with the waste pick up in St.Catharines but 25% not everything is picked up.
This falls on the Niagara Region and their failure to adminstrate a waste management contract for the city of St.Catharines.

This review is for the Cushman Road transfer station run by Waste Management.

I called ahead to inquire about pricing, I asked the attendant at least three times what the rate was. After dumping my garbage, and getting the bill I was shocked. There was $30 in Hidden fees that the attendant said nothing about. Undisclosed hidden fees are never good business waste management. I feel ripped off.

You should know: $50+ minimum dumping fee. If you've got a few bags/items, go elsewhere.
Walker waste on Thorold Townline Rd. has an $11 minimum.

Watch your bills, they go up 30-40 dollars a month and no one will talk to you to solve the problem.
