Kept raising the raising the rates well above the competition. When challenged, WM (Waste Managment) will ghost you, transfer you, lose the call and ignore you altogether. Cancelled contract and they don't remove their containers and threaten you will be charged with damaging their containers if you move them. I deal with alot of companies and WM is by far the worst yet I have had to deal with. If you still go with them, good luck!

Very poor service, horribly rude drivers leaving my gates open to let my animals out, drove on my lawn, stopped receiving service all together and then took 3 weeks to remove the bins. Do not use wm. Use a local company like BBRD, they're cheaper, local, friendly and always on time. WM is a horrible company, especially in PG.

Worst company to deal with EVER! We’ve been trying for MONTHS to get them to pick up the cardboard bin at the end of our driveway as we have no use for it anymore. You call and you spend hours on the phone only to be asked “are you sure you don’t need it anymore?” Yes I’m SURE. It’s taking up space! Remove it or I’ll start charging YOU rent. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Absolutely useless company to deal with. Rates constantly increase monthly, lackluster service, absolutely useless customer service over the phone. Week after week we have issues. Notice of service cancellation sent months ago. Will never reccomend to any other businesses or hire for any of my business again.

Horrible phone service! The numbers on the dumpsters aren't for local service, their phone service is really bad, and I waited on hold for awhile only to be transferred to another department to be put on hold for over half an hour. I'm so mad right now and garbage is everywhere at my property. I just want to order a bin pickup. I hate dealing with Waste Management! Every time this happens.

Worst customer service ever at the highest price possible.
We cancelled our contract on a Thursday, and was told the bin would be removed on the following Tuesday.
Wednesday the bin was still in place (and in our way).
We were PROMISED it would be gone by 6PM that day.
Did not happen.
Our next step is to move the bin on to the street curb and let the RCMP deal with it.

This compsny provides excellent Waste solutions accompanied with Superior customer relations. Strongly recommend working with them to service the needs of your properties. Hanna was extremely courteous and helpful.
