I visited this 2 times & the loader (must be Hamid)doesn’t know how to talk.He always talks about their rules & he is the one who doesn’t follow their rules.When I visited there first time,he didn’t wear his safety hat & walking into dump yard without safety gears, & he was asking me to wear safety gears.When I visited 2nd time,he still didn’t wear safety hat & when I told him to wear it.His personal ego was hurt. The receptionist(turban guy) supported him & told me not to come here.he was telling me that I misbehaved with the loader(must be Hamid).when I asked him what did I say.He was just smiling.These illiterate people must go to school again & learn some manners.Must learn how to talk with customers & should not take their personal ego in between your job.

This is the most garbage unorganized overpriced place I've ever been to or dealt with... There is no seperate place to dump brush.. they mix everything together I mean everything!! They don't have people to direct you what to donor where to go then get angry and cry like babies when you come try and find out what to do.. even with proper PPE they cry if you don't sit and wait for 30 minutes just to dump. These people should be looked at carefully by the city on regulation and proper management.. this place should be shut down period I suggest you make the extra drive to Halton waste management..

Your guys are so rude and arrogant!!
If we have box trucks( straight truck) doesn’t mean we have a lot of spare time to spend here. Every time we came here they make us wait on side for almost 1 hr to 2 hr.

During my visit today, I asked them where I could find safety shoes and hard hats, and the lady at the reception told me very rudely that I don't care, find them wherever you can. Customer relations are very bad. When I talked to the manager, he could not help at all. I recommend you to go to Battleford.

The lady at the reception is rude, I went to the reception desk just to ask her about safety supplies and she doesn't care, find it wherever you can. My company has always used this location and I will never use it again. I recommend you to use other locations as well.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Every guy working there got a different set of rules. One day they say while reversing the truck don't come out of it until the staff honk and the other day they yell at you even if you wait for them to honk.

The guy named HAMID is extremely unprofessional and rude, seems like he is working their forcefully and extraordinarily unhappy with his job. Today when we were there he made our morning BAD with the verbal rifle shots.
Must say this (HAMID) guy needs some counselling. Just because of him I feel even the 1 STAR rating is a favour for WM team.

We have been associated with this company since 2 years
They increase the price without any information and the increase is more than 25% which is a steep increase, not at all justified

As a tree care company we have been going to this location for 2 years now and although it took some time to get set up with an account, we couldn't be happier with the staff and service at this location. These guys work non stop and they don't have an easy job. Appreciate how they keep the place running with minimum delay and treat them right, it always goes both ways. Keep up the good work and thank you for everything you do!
