Absolute GARBAGE Service!

I was standing on my porch & I saw that somebody left their bin on our driveway entrance (Dupont Street), but you can tell from the videos that what the WM people did is even worse! To add up, when I saw that they were leaving the bin there, I ran downstairs & asked the driver “Are you seriously going to leave that big of a bin in the middle of a street”? He simply waved at me & drove away.. How dumb do you really have to be to be this ignorant about others’ safety? I don’t even know whose bin it was, but a sensible person would at least bother to leave it on the side just so it doesn’t cause an accident &/or trouble to the passersby..

Drove all the way to this location to find out that they cant take any more garbage because the new management decided that public can only use the bin!
In the past it was ok to go to dump at the back. Then they asked for safety hat, shoes and vest; which we did. Now we cant go to the back and the bin is full!!!!
The lady at the scale is very polite and respectful.

almost got ran into by one these trucks in whitby. Some black guy face down on his phone in whitby driving down brock st halfway in the wrong lane. Unreal.

This company is a complete SCAM! I’ve had a dumpster for my business for over 20 years with them and the constantly auto renew the contact and raise the prices. It honestly triples over the 3 year contract. If you google this company they have tons of complaints about this exact issue. More than 600 complaints to the better business bureau alone! I email my rep and she just never gets back to me. I can’t get out of the contract without paying a huge penalty. I will definitely tell all my fellow business owners about their shady business practices. Total price gougers that take advantage of small business owners! AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS, do your our research it will speak for itself.

A bin was Supposed to be delivered September 8. It is now 6:15pm And we have yet to receive a bin. We contacted the company three times which told us the bin would arrive. Now that it’s past closing hours I tried to contact them once again and of course there is no one you can get in contact with because it’s now out of their business hours. I highly do NOT recommend using this company because they do not take peoples time or money seriously.

I have been using your services for over 7 YEARS and I have a bill for $85 for a last month bill (even though I paid last month of service already). Service charges occur before the service is provided. I had already paid for a pick up that did not occur. This is a second LAST month charge. AND a bill for $229.12 to CANCEL services. If this is not a crime I am going to make sure as many people know about this as possible through social media. After many calls and conversations with various customer service agents and social media copied to company, they cancelled all these crazy charges.

$50 minimum charge <- The transfer station in Oshawa charges a $20 minimum charge which is reasonable in my opinion. $50 minimum charge is nothing but a money grab. I will never come back here again, not giving them a single $1. Note: The lady who is working in the scale house today was super nice! She gets a 5 star rating for customer service! ☆☆☆☆☆ Overall I am giving this location a 1 star rating simply because the minimum charge is a total rip off. Thanks but no thanks.
