Came the day they were supposed to, did what they said they would do and charged what I was quoted.
The fella that came out was friendly and put up with me leaning over his shoulder and asking him all the questions.

I wish there was 0 star that I can give it to this company WILDROSE VACCUM this is the worst company and worst management to deal with I called them to VACCUM the septic tank they came after 6 days that was yesterday that I checked it is full I called them and they refused to help the manager refused and very rude all he saying that he is not sending anyone to VACCUM it out I paid $350 and the job was not done I been living here for 2 years this is 3rd time I am emptying it out I didn’t have problems with other companies the company I use were busy I called these guys and I got very very poor service my neighbour lived beside me for over 35 years and he said it was not emptied out so that tells he is not new this company needs to do there job right at the first time all this manager was saying I am not sending anyone to get job done that is his words his name is Neal the worst manager to work for wildrose company i would much appreciated if they willing to work with customers without charging extra I added picture please let me know if you think this is empty or full because the Manager things it is empty

I can’t even rank one star for this company. We asked for clean up and when we checked it’s full and they say it’s empty. We told them it’s full and we also send pictures. They said it will fill up in 1 week but we’ve been living here for 2 years we know how it is. We are 9 people living in this house and we have been emptying out more than we should. This company does not follow rules or anything they say. We asked for cleanup they didn’t clean it and took the money they want. Never trust this company the manager was also rude to us when we were just explaining that the clean up was not done. Zero politeness zero integrity zero work ethics zero for this whole company.

Very professional service, my pump stopped working causing a flood and within few hours the pump was replaced and the septic tank was vacuumed and back to normal .

These guys refused to sell water to me because my tenants did not pay there water bill, i always pay my bills so why does landlord have to be responsible for tenants actions, go after the tenant, i ended up using another company and they were more than willing to take my money and give me water, very unprofessional, never use again!
