I have been with Wild Apricot for 3 years for 2 separate organisations. I have found their customer service is getting much faster and they are very helpful. The software has been a blessing in saving so much trauma trying to create a website for members on wordpress. The WA software does it all very simply! We get more proficient at using it all the time!

Their customer service is awful. They do not help you or even work to try and fix problems with their system. Their answer always is clear you cache and cookies. Never looking at the their servers or processors. STAY AWAY FROM CHOOSING THEM!

We have used WA for over 10 years and find it to be the best association web host for our Non Profit. Customer service is available when you need them, the pages are easy to set up and the payment system deposits to our bank account daily making time management easier for me.

I just signed up with Wild Apricot to use for an updated data base system. The customer service is terrible. While I used their 60 day trial, I was allowed one on one phone calls with staff for help that I was not aware of. Now that I am a paid customer, they no longer offer phone call support. Any help you need must be done via email or tutorial videos. I am convinced the support staff isn't aware of how to actually run this database/cm site as they repeatedly send me the same links over and over again with zero resolve to my issue. I am now 2 months into this paid service and STILL am struggling with the most basic task- importing the contacts/members. No matter how many times I do, I am met with error after error and no legitimate help from the support staff. Why can't they make an exception and give me a one on one phone call when I never received one during my trial. I am a paying customer, not using a trial.

I implemented WA for two organizations over the last 10 years. (one closed a year ago, nothing to do with WA).
Since they have been acquired by Personify, their customer support, their service has become worse and worse. Emails take forever to go out, no more email announcement for new releases, outages, issues with their payment processer AffinyPay. I used to give WA glowing reviews, and recommended it to a few other organizations - NOT ANY MORE.
Don't even ask about the cost, their prices have increased steadily, without any improvement to their service.
We are not moving to another platform because I am ready for retirement, but whoever follows me, I will strongly recommend to look for another system.
Sorry for being so blunt, but if you ask for a review, it's useless if it is not honest !

Wild Apricot is a very robust website and does amazing things for our Society. I highly recommend it to any group that takes memberships, offers classes or events and payments.
Only complaint was a recent glitch that resulted in the site being sown for a week and we have found various behind the scenes settings, that are not set correctly and caused us issues.

Wild Apricot is a very user friendly, membership software program that is affordable. It allows you to set up auto renewals, auto emails, email blasts, events, payments. Pretty much any organization would want. WA is quick to respond to questions or problems. And they like to hear about suggestions to improve product. I highly recommend this program for membership organizations.

I've been an admin for our Association account for 2 years now. Support for all paid accounts is limited to chat within a narrow range of hours (M-F most business hours, but not Canadian holidays). The platform works fairly well but there are really no feature upgrades, despite a HUGE list of desired features that the user community puts forward. Frequent price increases without additional features or enhancement of current features. 25% increase coming this year with no upgrades or improvements.
Mostly, we'd like support because when it doesn't work good luck trying to reach someone.
