Jeff did a wonderful job on making a full 7 day meal plan for me and my family. I am and have picky eaters as kids and he took all the info of what we didn't like into account. I was blown away when he handed me a folder with a calendar of meals for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks; laminated recipe cards, and a complete shopping list! Definitely loved working with Jeff!

I loved the meal plans. They were very detailed and easy to follow. I still pull recipes from there for weekly meals and snacks. Jeff was very flexible with my changing schedule and he was very knowledgeable on the topics we discussed. Im enjoying the book he recommended.
One negative comment would be the zoom calls. I understand that with Covid we are changing how the world meets but Im so done with being in front of a screen for meetings. Its not personal to me.

Jeff put together a meal plan for me that is flavorful, colorful (dare I say exciting?) and allows me to stick to my goals and avoid foods that I know make me feel like trash. He worked around all of my dietary restrictions and choices while still keeping it fresh and focused. The shopping list is simple, and broken up into categories so my ADHD brain doesn’t look at it and immediately hit the eject button. The prep plan is REALISTIC FOR A MOM (THAT NEEDS TO BE YELLED) I’m so impressed. He also helped me get to the bottom of some pretty gnarly gut issues. I think it’s easy in this pandemic time to not spend time and resources on our health because like, everything’s so messed up, but my body needs to be healthy right now, it’s the one thing I can control. I can’t say enough good things about Jeff and his professionalism. He truly cares about the health and well being of his clients and it shows with every interaction. You will not be disappointed.

I highly recommend Jeffry for any nutrition needs, i was skeptical at first, but he is a wealth of information and really knows what he is talking about, along my journey with him to improve certain health issues i had i have lost 15 lbs and i pay more attention to foods now that bother me, i am eating healthier all thanks to him, and i love my new way of life.
