I’m here for my kid’s flu shot. My Kid is a bit nervous and reluctant to take the jacket off to show the arm. I was trying to distract my kid by pointing a stinker on the wall. The lady rushed us and said: “ we don’t have time for this, we have a busy clinic today.” So I ent sit down. The lady took off my kid’s jacket rudely and my kid is so scared and started to cry out. And after the shot, she asked me does my kid has any allergies. That’s unbelievable, should she ask that question before she gave the shot Such a terrible experience.

We always went here for my kids’ vaccinations and seasonal shot, I am considering go somewhere else in the future.

i leave this review specifically for the front desk lady, the bickering mid age Caucasian who were constantly hostile to the patients: if you are not happy where you are, switch job and stop ruining everyone else’s day. You said I don’t have an appointment, and said I have to leave, and threatens me, I have to call in to Fraser health to check my appointment and nurse confirmed it.

This White Rock Public Health Office is located inside the Berkeley Pavilion and is mainly focused on immunization for Children. Adults can also get a summary of their own health records or get help with finding the records. This office is part of the Fraser Health Group, Public Health. Thanks for the information.

Worst service ever. I never leave reviews but this place is unreal. Super unorganized, had to wait 50 minutes for a flu shot with my two kids with an appointment. People who came later than me with later appointment got to see the nurse before us and no one was able to help us until I got upset at them. They don't even deserve one star. Just go to a nearest pharmacy to get flu shot don't go there and waste your time and parking money.
