My boyfriend brought in a load of clean, uncoated #1 steel—no rust, no glue, - and I would say it was bare bright, but it was exactly what any scrap yard would classify as number 1. I was not aware of this until I saw my receit at home. I’ve done this long enough to know my material, and I don’t appreciate not being told why it was number 2 without an explanation.
Not only did they downgrade this, but they also acted like we wouldn’t notice or know the difference I guess. That’s not how you build trust with regulars or people who take the time to separate and prep their scrap properly. My boyfriend will be returning tomorrow and speaking to management..

If you value fair grading, you might want to think twice before coming here.

Such a garbage people. First they told me call them on Wednesday and then wasted 2 days of mine to tell me that they don't build new relationships for business.

We've had very good experiences taking in loads of just about a ton of assorted metals. We are proud to do what we do taking these materials out of landfills , protecting our water table! The prices are awesome the guys are so helpful and genuine and we are inspired since meeting the owner to continue! Thank you for helping us keep our waters clean!!!

The employees were not friendly at all. We accidentally went into the exit by mistake, and one of the employees had a big fit! He just would not cool down. He said to us are you guys blind there’s a big sign saying exit only learn how to read. and there were also no signs how to get in there for the first time. I would rather recommend urban mine on Kenaston. They are very friendly and always there to help.
