I just wanted to say how nice the people are here. They guide you in and explain the whole process clearly. It is a bit intimidating of a place with forklifts carrying loads of metal to and fro where they need to go. There always seems to be a furry of activity going on and it's a bit noisy but not too bad. I will return when I have more metal.

I've been bringing in metal here for a couple of years now, and each visit has been consistently impressive.

Every time I come in, I'm amazed by how great the experience is. The staff, without exception, are fantastic to deal with. Despite the busy and loud environment, with all the large and potentially dangerous equipment in operation, the team always manages to give customers their full attention, provide clear instructions, and often share a smile too.

It's clear that the people working there really enjoy what they do. Whatever the leadership team is doing, they're doing it right. I always try to instill in my own team the importance of keeping customer service separate from any issues or bad days we might be having, and it's obvious the team at WCR has mastered this.

Honestly, I actually look forward to coming in—not just for the cash (though it’s always nice to treat the team to pizza) but because of the positive interactions I have with your staff.

They quote me 236 for a cat and I got 360 elsewhere.

Follow up - You telling me my catalytic converter is worth 124 bucks less than your competitor makes me recommend other customers sell their cats elsewhere. That’s how and why reviews work. I gave you 2 stars because your low-ball response was prompt. I think it was a fair response.
