Super profetional and friendly . Very punctual hard and working staff. Their main focus is quality service before money . Reasonably priced and they provide exceptional service and they are GOOD at what they are doing . What amazed me the most that they focus on delivering quality service and best solution and then money , not money and whatever service as most of what we see and experience nowadays. Excellent work and response time! I called in the evening, the technician came out after-hours at 8:30 pm to get our garage door back to normal working order. I appreciated the extra care; the application of specialized lubricant to the joints and rails after the repair was complete. We're up and running (opening & closing) again!!

Our garage door torsion spring broke at 6pm with the car inside. The door was extremely heavy and couldn’t lift it to use the car. We Fix Door was available late to create the appointment next morning (9-12), to accommodate our afternoon schedules. Repair was prompt and professional, I would recommend!

Absolutely perfect experience. We needed a quick adjustment and service on our garage door to satisfy a home inspector for the sale of our home. We Fix Doors was able to set up an appointment in a couple of days.The serviceman arrived right on time and was both friendly and very professional. I would HIGHLY recommend this company.

I called this company last week for a non-working keypad. They sent a tech out the following day who spent 45 min supposedly trying to “reprogram” the existing keypad. He was unable to, so he tried installing a New keypad, couldn’t do that either! Had to put the old keypad back on.managed to erase all 4 existing remote garage openers and screw up the My Q remote feature, by the way he charged us $50 for! I called him that same day, and he stated he would come back today at 2 pm, he never showed up, so I called him. He stated he would be out “sometime” today. We have ordered all new hardware off the internet and will do it ourselves. The service of this company is shameful!

Amazing job! Mike from We Fix Doors stopped by to take a look, check everything out and gave me an idea of what to expect this morning. Price was more than fair, didn't charge extra for a weekend or evening call either. Took them a little over an hour to fix what was a fairly major problem. Once that was fixed, he noticed a few other adjustments were needed. No extra charge. He just wanted to make sure we were all set and it was running like new before he left. I will recommend him to anyone asking about a garage door repair. Great Experience!

Quick to come out for an estimate and to do the work. Installation went ok, however, the tech was a little rude at times. In addition, we noticed some damage (a few small indentations) to the door that appeared to come from factory or caused during shipping. We contacted him the very next morning (less than 24 hours after the work was done), but he refused to come back out to at least look at the problem. He told me to file a claim with the manufacturer and wanted to charge for his labor. I have dealt with many contractors and all of them have come out to at least look to see what the problem was if there was any. He could have negotiated with the manufacturer to cover his labor if it was proven that it was a factory problem.
