Just picked up 2 garbage cans of soil. Excellent experience. Soil looks and smells great. Customer service by the staff was exceptional. I am very grateful for this service. It’s a great option to get quality soil in a convenient way without having to opt for plastic bags. The staff even helped me get the filled bins into my car. Thank you!

THE most solid crew of people working here. Their pick up communication is on point.
Had the pleasure of chatting with Liza who went absolutely above and beyond for us for an extended service that she did not need to do. Blown away with her and the company 🙂

I used waste control services for purchasing Organic compost soil. The soil is first class,but better yet, the staff is outstanding. When I called I spoke to Charmaine, she was knowledgeable, and very helpful. I would recommend this location for all your soil needs.

I had been looking for a place to shred a few boxes of papers, WCS made the process easy. Came in with my boxes, it was easy to pay (and a good price!), and I was able to watch the stuff get shredded and bunched and even got the boxes back. Friendly staff, quick service, highly recommended.

I needed to recycle some children's car seats. Seemed to be the only place that would take them in North Vancouver. Spoke to a wonderful lady named Charmaine who was very helpful to the point of being able to help me even after public drop off had ended for the day. Great service. I will however say that the public drop off hours are way to short and inconvenient for somebody who works a regular job to work with. 9am - 3pm Mon to Fri and no weekends. If more people are to use this service there needs to be more accessible hours for regular working folk.
This is taking away from Charmaine though. So I will say again above and beyond service from this wonderful lady.

I went to recycle my old infant car seat. A worker came out as soon as I pulled up, and unloaded the car seat and showed me to the office where I could pay for the recycling fee. All in under 5 minutes! Also it is so convenient to get to as it is right off the Iron workers bridge.
