So many companies have become difficult to deal with.
Fortunately, Waste Control Services is not one of them!

Amazingly, I connected to a Real Person (Jenn) immediately and she was without even thinking about it, the Best Customer Service Representative I have dealt with in a long, long time.
She understood my question, gave me clear and easy directions to get my bin replaced and within minutes i was emailed a date.

WCS has been very unreliable these past few months. Our townhouse complex has gone weeks at a time between pick-ups, resulting in pests.

Their customer service has blamed staff shortages but have not offered any solutions. Moving forward we hope that WCS can commit to the weekly pick-up per the agreement with our strata.

One of your trucks #605 was over speeding a lot, cutting people and used his phone - jack pot really not sure what else he could do. It happened today on April 1st at 11AM at Por mann bridge and he took an exit in New Westminster. Very dangerous driving. I'll remove the review once you guys respond. I don't want any harm to the company, just the issue being addressed. Thank you
