My sister and I went here in October to dump a ton of junk off. The staff were wonderful. Everyone was very kind and helpful. Definitely recommend.

When you’re headed to the dump you’re provably worn out. The lovely and kind women at the front always brought a smile to me and they are very kind to my dog too. Yes, my dog loves coming with me to the dump because the people at the front and inside the residential dump stalls have always been so nice. Worn out as I am when I head over I feel a lot lighter when I leave. Not just because my truck bed is empty - but the people at the Mainway location are thoughtful and full of kindness, a fun chat and treats for my pup Annie Oakley 👍😊😉.

Worst transfer station ive been to, got turned down at 3:20pm today saying theyre closed when they are open until 6pm. They told me they are at capacity and have too much garbage (never heard of that in my life), all i had was 5 garbage bags and 3 sheets of drywall and they couldnt make an exception for me. So they tell me to drive an extra 20 mins away from Burlington to the milton dump completely screwing up my work day, not to mention they are ridiculously overpriced, payed $211 yesterday for 0.975 tonnes, not even 1 tonne and over $200. In toronto its $176 per T and even that is overpriced compared to others. Wouldnt go here if you have a business or dump debris regularly

The Ladies at the scale both inbound and outbound are so very pleasant. I was recognized from a previous visit.
All the other Staff have also been helpful and pleasant.
What a convenient facility to have in our community!
