I had a great experience with Vernon HVAC. Technician Collin successfully repaired my Aprilaire 800 humidifier after several other heating contractors couldn’t get the job done. He was thorough and professional, even taking the extra time to tidy up the copper water line before he left. To top it off, I was only charged the diagnostic fee for the repair. This was my first time using Vernon HVAC, and I’ll definitely reach out to them again if I need any future service.

They provided a helpful call 30-min before they arrived during the scheduled window for a Fall check up. Only needed me to turn up the heat for the testing, and then were able to do their check-up without requiring me to stay there. Gave me a helpful reminder to turn the heat back down after reporting that everything looked good for the winter. Thank you.

Our specialist was very good and explained how to take care of our heat pump. He was knowledgeable and answered questions I had for him. We were looking into installing a UV on our furnace and went over the models that they carried.

Vernon Heating and Cooling recently completed a winter check and tune up on my furnace. All system performance parameters and system functionality were verified. All procedures were explained and questions answered. The technician was knowledgeable, professional and friendly all at a reasonable cost. I’m confident I’ll be warm through the winter!
