I have an online Return-It account so I can leave my bags and TRUST the employees there will go through my bags carefully and make honest judgment, but this is the SECOND time my account has been suspended due to reasons that the employees there deemed I have not been complying with Return-It drop off policies. After the first time, I have made sure I go through my bottles and bags individually to ensure I am complying with their drop off policy. I thought I could save time by going through the online route, but I guess not. I would highly NOT suggest making accounts with Return-It. Just count your bottles by hand. Return-It employees at the Kingsway location near Church’s Chicken is just such a disappointment! I’m very displeased with my experience here. They had even put the WRONG amount into my account. It’s very frustrating! No one wants to continuously call customer service just to dispute any false claims the employees made! It’s a waste of time! They need to get better employees!

I came here today. Very dirty place. Floors are not safe as it is wet, I almost slip. Lots of swap. We had a lot of bottles. Expecting almost 30 dollars. But the guy wants us to go inside because he wants to dump it right away in there bins. He counted it all at once and the other staff is talking to him. You cannot focus counting and talk to someone at the same time, he told the guy at the cashier the count and speaking there own language that way I don’t know how many he said to the cashier . He dump it very fast as if he knows the count already. Of all that, we only got 15 dollars. Which was last time in Richmond bottle depot , we recycled fewer but we got 25 dollars. Never again.

Vancouver Central Bottle Depot is a well-organized and efficient recycling center. The staff keeps the facility clean, and the area is well-maintained despite the high volume of returns. I appreciate the effort they put into keeping the space tidy and free of strong odors. A great place to recycle with ease—quick service and a cleaner environment than many other depots. Highly recommend!

I used the express drop for the first time after my friend told me about it. I counted my cans beforehand so I could verify that the express drop would be accurate. I counted 140. They counted 104. Might be a transcription error if humans count and enter the numbers, but I'm still out $3.60 so I won't be using express drop again.

I always like recycling, however coming to this place definitely doesn’t encourage one to recycle. There are only a few carts. The Floors I have never found sticky in other recycling locations but this location is very sticky. Full of wasps (wasp traps are not hard to make)Service is slow, they are stickler for bottle cap removal. Never coming here again.

Always fast & polite.Newsflash people:it's a bottle depot, floors are likely gonna be sticky no matter how many times you mop them. Fact is, bottles leak, bags leak!

The depot is the filthiest. The floor is never cleaned. Always sticky. Dirt, liquid, and other objects are on the tables for days. The staffs are not honest, they always short change me.

I am upset today for experiencing bad service of people who work in this area. The place are not clean, trays and garbage are everywhere on the floor. They were not approachable at all. Before I got there, I know I have 300 plastic bottles so I have to put it on the tray as there policy. I am expecting $30, but the staff gave me $27. 30. He was so fast in doing his job but its not accurate. I told him I have 300 bottles and how come he gave me lesser amount of money. He said, I dont know! (With a tiger look)
After that, he intertain the next costumer behind me.
