Waste side has extreme organizational issues, took us 1 hour to drop off 1 bin of free green compost. they only had 1 cashier open (see below photo). Avoid at all costs

Wow... for such a modern facility it sure lacks common sense...
While the people there are very pleasant and helpful,the layout is awful...
Every time I have been there it is a new experience and usually spend a 1/2hour cleaning the toxic guck from inside and outside my vehicle.
The signage and directions are brutal.

Came on Wednesday September 18th - I don't leave a lot of reviews overall, but the staff here were so nice it was almost surreal. 4 separate folks helped direct me where to drop some stuff off, all 4 happily wished me a good day after, to the point of one them yelling it across the road with a friendly wave goodbye. Helpful folks, good experience.

Waited over an hour then had to leave for work! Absolutely unacceptable that they have the yard trimmings inside the building forcing you to wait in the the long and extremely slow line for the paid drop off !! If they simply had it outside we could drive straight to it show our proof of address and get it done !!

I don't know who designed this "new facility"or who's running it but it's sooooo slow...15 to 20 vehicle lineup most days, that might as well be a parking lot, and even though there's 3 scales I've never seen them open up the 3rd one to try and move things along...expect to wait about 2hrs to use this "great new facility". What a joke!

We had to wait a bit to enter the building because they were cleaning it, but Alex the site attendant, was extremely nice during that time explaining why they have to clean it and where all the garbage goes in the end of the day. Great customer service!

I wouldn't recommend going during they're busy time between 10:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. Recycle yard is well organized and easy to place items. Lots better then there old yard

Arrived on a weekday 30 minutes before closing to a line of around 15 cars ahead of us. Took until 6pm before we hit the front of the line, at which point management sent an employee out to tell us and everyone behind us that they were no longer serving people.

They said the gate at the front is set to close at 6pm, which makes sense but they refused to handle anyone who had already been in line.

Disappointed in management also being too cowardly to come out to say this themselves.
