I have been seeing Shannon Vit at Unified Wellness for approx 2 months now for the the grief I have experienced with not only the recent loss of both my parents but other events that have occurred over time. Shannon has been compassionate, understanding and overall wonderful with me. She has listened, guided, offered suggestions and coping mechanisms that have helped me tremendously.
For anyone experiencing anxiety, panic attacks, trauma etc. I strongly suggest giving Shannon a call and scheduling an appointment. It could be life changing. It has been for me.

My son has been a hockey goaltender going on his second full season now. It has been a rollercoaster for him and his mindset these past 2 years. Going from HL in his first year to making the Elite program in his second year has proven many challenges mentally for him. Especially, while he’s still trying to understand the position. His work ethic is second to none and has leapt over many hurdles in this short time frame.

Enter Shannon at Unified Wellness! My son has faced many challenges but nothing compares to the mental state he has gone through. Shannon has completely transformed him into a different person and goaltender altogether. From our very first appointment, I’ve seen a massive difference in his confidence and ability to fight through any challenges he may face mentally.
