We renovated our kitchen recently and repainted the internal rooms. Tropic Renovation did a great job. The management is easy to work with and the team is very accommodating to our needs. We are very pleased with the outcome and highly recommended Jeff and Damian.

We are closing in on the end of our full home renovation with Tropic. They did the kitchen in August and we reviewed them back then. Our permits finally came in the end of November and with 2 weeks they had us started on renovating the other 1,500 square feet. And I do mean everything...flooring, two bathrooms top to bottom, painting inside and out, electrical, all new plumbing throughout, drywalling, etc. Just like the first experience, the continuation of the work requiring a permit went very well. We are glad that we chose Tropic and would definitely hire them again...no doubt! Don't think I'd ever say I will actually miss having them around. To Damian, Alex, Mike, Rafel, and the entire crew...we appreciate your making our house a home!

Terrible experience with this company. The owner over promised and under delivered. Poor communication, project, money, and employee management skills. Project took 428 days from first deposit to completion. The more money he received, the less workers came to work. We left our home for 120 days so work could be completed while gone as I work from home. Upon return, less than 40% of the work was completed. We lived in chaos for over 300 days. When attempts were made to talk about the work and progress the owner became upset and unresponsive so when monies were withheld for lack of work he became angry and threatening. After abusive texts and emails from owner, I am now referred to as the crazy one. Yes, crazy for ever trusting this individual.

Tropic Renovations did a beautiful job of completely renovating my guest bathroom. They took out the old tub and replaced it with a nice big shower. Replaced the window with a smaller one for me. Did all the plumbing and wiring, tile work, and assembly of vanity and linen cabinet I ordered. They stood by their reasonable quote and everything came out great. My only issue was that the job took much longer than expected due to scheduling changes and delays. However, I would definitely recommend them based on the overall quality of the results. Jeff made sure everything met my expectations. Great bunch of talented guys who take pride in their work!
