I wanted to upgrade my old mini-split A/C to the latest Mitsubishi H2i model and add an extra indoor unit, so I reached out to a few local companies listed on the Mitsubishi Electric website.

Triple Tech wasn’t just available for the job way sooner than the others — they also gave me the best price. After Greg assured me that his team takes pride in doing quality work and keeping the install clean, going with Triple Tech was a no-brainer.

The install was yesterday, and I couldn’t be happier with how it all went. The team showed up right on time (7:30 a.m. sharp), worked quickly, and found smart ways to run new lines without making unnecessary holes in the exterior. They had everything installed and cleaned up in under 7 hours.

The only thing, I wish Triple Tech advised me on the the process of applying for the Home Renovation Savings rebate. The program requires an application to be submitted by the installer prior to proceeding with the project, I didn't know this and I missed out.

We had a no hot water for over a week called this company waited for them to come, which is a four hour window. The guy comes says we need a new hot water tank unfortunately he can’t do that. He needs to call the manager to look at it ,,, wait another two days the manager comes looks at it then says OK we’ll get the guys to install the hot water tank. Well that’s another two days of waiting and a four hour window of sitting at home. The guys come with the new hot water tank. I told them we have no hot water, It’s now been 2 weeks. The guys who came spoke no English could not understand them,, when they were done they said “ Turn water on”. I said it’s still cold, they said wait 1 hour! and left. After three hours, we still had no hot water reached out to the manager. He said no worries someone will be sent out tonight to check it. Hours went by I reached back out to the manager and he said oh sorry we can’t get anyone tonight. You’ll have to wait and this was Saturday so now we have to wait till Monday. Monday somebody comes taps the pipes and says you had a seized valve hit it a couple times turned it worked we had hot water!! I don’t understand how it took four guys and a week to figure that out.. This company is such a scam and such a long process. I will never use this company ever again.

Called Triple Tech in the morning as I was having a problem with my basement waste pump. They had a cancellation and came out in 2 hrs. Ryan did a wonderful job and replaced the pump. Cleaned up 100%, was very efficient and courteous. A real credit to your team. Triple tech has always been my go to HVAC company for the Midland / Penetanguishene and Tiny area….

On the coldest stretch of winter so far, our furnace failed. Triple Tech arrived a couple of days ahead of the scheduled appointment, the problem was solved in a short time (it ended up being a thermostat problem), and the tech, Cassie was excellent! I know who we will reach out to next time!

I can't say enough good things about this company. We had a four day power outage and were relying on our generator when it quit. They came the same day, diagnosed the problem and fixed it. I waited four days for a call back from my regular service provider 🙁

I was astounded at the level of service we received from Triple Tech and the helpfulness of their technicians. I am incredibly grateful to both Sal and Luke for their professionalism and excellent service. I couldn't recommend them enough and I'm glad I found them!
