I brought in my old car and received a fair price for it. The woman at the front was very kind and extremely helpful. The transaction was quick and if you bring your license & ownership along, you can be in and out of there in 5-10 minutes. The other employees are also very nice. It was a pleasant experience. Because of her, I highly recommend Triple M, the company will get 5 solid GOLD stars from me.

Just a tip. If your gonna change your policies on how you receive vehicles at least post it for customers to see. And a list of ehst they need to bring. Drove all the way out there twice this morning with 2 different kind of receipts but git turned around with attitude both times because it wasn't an actual receipt. Serve your customers better triple M. Very disappointing service at the front desk. Lady needs so.e customer service training.

Website says they are open Saturdays 8am to 2pm. When arrived they were not opened and there were a few people there to drop off metal. We were not impressed wasted gas money just to go there to find out they were not opened. We should not have to call to see if they are open either. Fix your website

Thieves with a smile. New/Old Customers Be Warned

17 year long customer of Triple M and previous employee of Canada's largest salvage yard refused explanation or recompense. Will bring any and all of my business to A.I.M from now on as it is literally right around the corner.

Spent days cleaning over 500lbs of beautiful shiny aluminum that I was told to drop at the back of the yard. As I drove away from my shiny pile of hard labor, the crane picked it up and set it off to the side alone. Was handed a ticket by the office for shred steel. They refused to let me take my load back or give a fair price and asked me to leave.

Called A.I.M. the next day and explained the situation and load in detail, was told that in the worst case I would have recieved over three times the price for the load.

Went back to Triple M the next day and was denied explanation once again. Either they have taken on a new business model, or they are getting old and realizing they can screw people out of their money without anyone realizing.

Took the final load to A.I.M and was even helped to to unload my vehicle by hand by the yard crew member at the time. Office provided excellent and friendly customer service and given a very fair price at A.I.M, therefore Triple M has Lost a long time customer who buys and sells, and A.I.M has gained a profitable deal.
