Dirty, muddy, disorganized, cheap, lost, lost. Unbelievable. In the end, after 45 mins, I would have gotten more money if I had paid them than they gave me. If you understand me.
If you are in Burlington area, better go somewhere in Ajax would be more better for you.

Friendly, helpful staff. Fair prices. I've been taking my scrap metal to Triple M Burlington for many years. In that time I've never been unsatisfied with the prices or staff. They are fair and will explain why your metal is graded the way that it is and what you need to do to sell it at a higher grade.

Recent upgrades have made the customer experience even better, including scale read out display and improvements to the yard (very few potholes!).

Amazing, got a well amount of money for the metal I have them. But above all the costumer service was spectacular. The man who was in the room for the weight management was very kind and respectful to his costumers! Thanks for the great experience!

They are very accommodating to both the pro as well as the amateur metal "scrapper" such as myself. I have had no issues with them. I also find their payout very competitive. The staff has always been friendly and helpful. I will be bringing my metal scraps to them for years to come.

Always a pleasure to come in on a saturday to drop of metal and/or copper. The staff is very nice, the drive from Milton is very nice, and the pay is decent, sometimes more than expected. Coming here for me is a nice way to relax and loosen up from a heavy work week. Just hitch the trailer and cruise down the nice country roads all the way here.

I have been bringing my scrap metal to Thompson for years now. The staff are always friendly & courteous, they welcome questions & give good advice. I've never had a bad experience in all the times I have been there.
