I had a great experience for my first time ordering a bin. Emailed for a quote and was immediately provided with a text acknowledging and a call to help me set up. The very next day a clean bin arrived exactly where it was supposed to go. Pick up was just as easy as was the extension provided. My follow up questions were quickly answered. Price was better than competition too! Can't get better than this. 5 stars!

Delivered when they said it would be , everything for inside bin and when they picked up they made sure that everything was nice and neat and even put a cover on the top so nothing flew out of the bin. That is how you should be doing thinks!!! Guys who dropped off and picked up were polite and nice to speak with. Thank you again for a great experience clearing out the house!!!!

Excellent to work with. Not only were they the best price, but they undersold and over delivered! We called the day before to move up our delivery time. Said they couldn't promise anything but would try. Bin arrived first thing the next morning. When I called for pick up, they were here within 2 hours. The delivery driver placed the soil and bin exactly where asked, even cleaned up a few bits that fell out before he drove off. Very professional and extremely impressed with our experience. Would highly recommend.

EXCELLENT customer service. Len and Jesse were a pleasure to deal with. The bin was delivered on time and picked up on time as well. The pricing was very fair. I would definitely use this company again. Highly recommend!

This is May 7, 2022. I am 100% not recommending anyone to rent the bins from this company.

I did the demolition in 1 room to replace plaster wall and took the dirt from an area of 4x 22 ft basement floor. My friend referred this company to me as Jessi- 1 of the partners is his family member. I was told 315 plus tax for first 1 ton, 115 for the second ton.

When I finished the plaster wall removal, we checked with Jessi if we can put dirt into this bin which already half full with plaster and wood traps. We were told “Yes, you can put anything as you pay by weight”. We filled the bin up to the line on the bin says “ Do not pass this line”.

When Jessi came to pick up, he said the bin was “too heavy for the truck”, and refused to take the bin away.

Since yesterday, i messaged and called Len- the other partner so many times trying to understand what i did wrong as a customer. I can’t understand how they do business when their truck is not strong enough to pull their own bin. How i am supposed to know how much weight the company will be happy for me to put into the bin?

I sent them the video of the place i took the dirt out to convince them it was not much dirt as they thought. Still they have not picked up my phone to let me know what is the solution here. I think I have gone beyond what a customer had to do to resolve this issue.

This is not the first time I rented a dumpster bin, can not believe I got into this situation. I had to stop all the next steps until this is answered as I do not have access and parking. This cost me so much in term of time and anxiety having to be the jam with allocating, booking work, people when it is very time sensitive.

This is the last thing I would want to happen to me.

Len was a legend, communication was on point very friendly! I only needed the bin quickly and he not only agreed to wait, he jumped in and helped! Champion. Great service hands down would recommend and definitely use again. Thank you!
