Do yourself a favor and avoid this individual and his organization! and based on the reviews, this isn't the 1st incident. I called in a safety concern regarding one of the drivers, who had parked in the middle of a busy intersection near a summer camp/daycare. This created a dangerous situation — forcing cars into oncoming traffic, making it unsafe for parents walking with children, and severely limiting access in and out of the area. When the owner returned my call 24 hours later (he uses an answering service and only gets his messages evert 24 hours) — without identifying himself as the driver in question — he was immediately agitated, aggressive, and rude. He did not accept the feedback constructively and was dismissive of my concerns. Instead, he accused me of making false claims and even made an unprofessional remark: “For every one finger you point, three are pointing back.” This behavior was unprofessional and unacceptable. I recommend finding a company that values safety, professionalism, and respectful communication.

I was going to call in to report an erratic driver but after the reviews I just read it doesn’t seem like a call in report would do anything with this company.
You’ve got to understand your driving a weapon out there, there is no need to be swerving lane to lane through traffic when you’re in a heavy truck to try to make it somewhere possibly a couple of minutes earlier. Happy to hear from other reviews that it was not just me the owner was extremely rude to. I’ve used this company for 3 years with no issue and this time I never got a service call back with my 24 hour notice. I called back a couple times and they said they will have someone come eventually (okay vague). I call again after a couple months and they pass me onto the owner who was very passive aggressive and said it was my fault for turning their driver away (never got a call for service date). He finally said someone would call for another service in January. Called back now February (initial call was October) and he from there very beginning yelled at me to stop calling them and that they won’t be doing our trap anymore because I’m “yelling” at him. Definitely not yelling - didn’t even have a chance to say anything. I cried for 10 min afterwards… as a young entrepreneur woman, I thought it might because of that and I never get taken seriously, but glad to see from other reviews, they are just mean.

DO NOT BOTHER WITH THIS COMPANY. I looked up the google reviews of the Trap Doc because I assumed they must be terrible after the experience I had; I'm not at all surprised to see few stars and reports of extremely rude service.
I called them to inquire about a quote to have the grease trap cleaned at my business. The receptionist had a polite tone, but didn't seem to have answers to many of my questions; for example, several times she said "I'll have to ask dispatch". I also asked when the service could be scheduled, and she said they can't specify a day or time because they would just do the service "the next time we happen to be London" and would give me "one day's notice". So I asked what their regular working hours are, so that I could have an idea of the time of day they MIGHT come by. She said "Monday to Friday", and I had to explain that those are days of the week, but that I'm asking about times of day. She said "mornings". I asked to please have a more specific answer or window of time, since "mornings" could mean 3am, 9am, etc. She seemed to be getting frustrated so she passed me on to a fellow Don.
I explained to Don that I'm hoping for a window of time on any day given when they might arrive and perform the work (this is not rocket science), and he said "early morning". I explained I need a specific window of time so that I can be present at my shop to let them in (obviously). He was abrupt, rude, and unprofessional with me. He said "between 5am and noon" on weekdays and I said that wouldn't work, and asked him to please email me a quote for weekend service instead. He then said "Looks like we don't have what you need, thank you and have a great day". I said "you DO have what I need, I would just like to get a quote for weekend service instead since your weekday appointment windows of time don't work for me". He repeated "Have a great day", and when I asked again for a weekend service quote, he then REFUSED to send me an email quote, because "we don't put quotes in writing". I explained I need it in writing for my paperwork, and he said "well this is how we've done it for years and we're not changing that". I said "could you please make an exception? I need this work done" and he REPEATED "have a great day", sounding like a robot and treating me like a child. He then hung up on me.
His behaviour was passive aggressive, unprofessional, and extremely rude. I currently have one business location and will be setting up several others, and will never hire them. I'll also be telling the numerous business owners I know to never contact or hire the Trap Doc. It was almost as if they didn't want the work at all, or that they were livid that someone would call and ask for a quote. I don't know how they run a business successfully with that kind of horrible attitude, disgusting interpersonal skills, and poor comprehension skills.

The work was not complete, causing us multiple problems over a busy weekend. We called, hoping to have someone sent back to resolve the issue. The business owner called us back, and was from the start immediately passive aggressive, condescending, and combative. The owner swore at my Chef over the phone.
Any of us in management know that sometimes work does not get carried out to perfection. In these cases, resolution skills are even more important. Unfortunately, we found no redeeming qualities with The Trap Doc. We will never use his service again, and would vehemently encourage you to look elsewhere for your grease trap needs. There are many other options.

This company is very unprofessional and rude. I would give them negative stars if I could. They never know when they are available and all they say is they will call the day before they come. Exact words were, “we will give you a call between the first and the 30th”. All I want to know is the day they would come so I can plan out my schedule but they never seem to know when they would be sending out their truck. Every time I call, the response is, “I will leave a note to dispatch.” Right after the incident, I call a local competitor and got an instant date and time they would come. Now was that so hard to do? Nevertheless, they lost my two businesses for good.

Called looking for a quick service, told they would check with dispatch and within 5 minutes got a call back for an appointment the next day. During the service call they took extra time to make sure the job was done completely and everything working again as it should. Will definitely be using again.

The only reason of giving 1 star is for the staff who attends the call,they are kind. The owner is really aggressive, not professional at all. He doesn't know how to maintain a his clients.
Last service was not done properly at all. They come on their time despite of telling them to come before the business hours.
