My visit was quick and easy today. Very impressed with their new counting machine. I do pre-sort and pre-count my own returns so I have an idea of my refund ahead of time, but I was very happy with the new tech. I brought 7 bags pre-counted, and 1 bag of randoms. My clerk Mr. Kh, didn't really talk or interact with me, but was quick & capable. A smile goes a long way even if we can't communicate. Thank you.

Wow! If you love convenience you need to check this place out. They pick up your bottles from your home and then e transfer you the money within 2-3 days. Will be using them everytime moving forward. Amazing service

We have been using their pick up service for a couple of years now and it’s great! Flexible scheduling and quick/honest turnaround for payment via e-transfer. Scheduling, picture confirmations and final receipts are all received via text. There is also no fee to have them pick up right from the front door (rare these days!).
Wish I could give Trail Bottle Depot more than 5 stars for consistently good service over the years!

Trail was one of my top 3 bottle depots in Calgary. Always clean, friendly staff, & quick. Once I discovered they also have a pick up service, that shot them straight to the #1 spot! Working 6 days/week, the last thing I want to do on my only day off, is spend the day doing chores!!

All I had to do, was make sure all the bags were labelled with my address & left outside on my scheduled p/u date. I rent a basement suite, so was a little leary just leaving all that recycling outside where I couldn't see it, but they were here within 1/2 hour of putting it all outside, so didn't have to babysit the bags for long LOL! Within a couple days, they e-transferred me the money. It was fantastic!! Great service, more friendly staff, & super convenient!! Will definitely be using this service again for sure!

My go to place for 20 years.
But it is definitely too bad they got rid of the only white guy there with the ACDC hat n long hair. He was the most honest one there as I precount what I put in the bags a few of them like to short you.

We are extremely happy with Trail bottle depot’s pick up service. I text them my pick up address and within 24 hours they text me back with a date and timeframe. They were there on time and very professional. They said to give them one to three days to process the bottles. It took less than 24 hours and the money was e-transferred in my account. The count was very accurate. We will definitely use this service again.
