I recently purchased a 4 way cassette Mitsubishi heat pump from Tradewinds and I'm extremely happy I did. The on-site estimator was very knowledgeable of what was required for my application and their office staff is prompt and courteous. Their team of professional installers did an exceptional job and their attention detail couldn't be better. I will certainly be using Tradewinds for any of my future heat pump installations and servicing.
I definitely recommend the team at Tradewinds to anyone looking for a high quality product, installation and service at very fair prices.

We had Tradewinds Eco-Energy Solutions here to install some Mitsubishi heat pumps this month. They did a fantastic job from the initial consult with Arthur, the scheduling with Joy, and the installs with Rodney, Joseph, Alex, and Nick. A friendly bunch of guys who did a professional job with some tricky installations and went above and beyond. As a bonus, my dogs even liked them. Very happy with everything.

Had Alex and Matt in today to install a new heat pump. They really got me out of a tough spot. My old heat pump (from a different seller) bit the dust. In the midst of winter they removed my old model and installed a new/better model with ease. They were kind, professional, down to earth, and incredibly helpful. Highly recommend

This company and it's staff are the kindest and most professional people I have ever dealt with. Originally I was not a Tradewinds customer, but they really stepped up to the plate when my original dealer went out of business. They honoured all the parts and labour warranty offered by the original installer. Along with their regular work load, they have taken on repair and warranty work for a lot of Fujitsu customers who were left with no options.

The office staff are kind and communicative and the repair technicians are super knowledgeable and friendly. They arrive on time and are efficient!

If I could give this company a higher rating I would. They have definitely gained me as a future customer when I'm in need of a new heat pump!

UPDATE
Within an hour of posting my review, I received a call back from the same person I had spoken to earlier. She apologized for the miscommunication when we previously spoke and asked to setup an appointment to address the problem my heat pump was having. I asked if she was calling because of my review and she said yes. So then I asked if her company was only wanting to deal with me because of my review and she was quick to respond that no, it was a miscommunication and new customers are welcomed.

Not only did I receive an appointment the following day, and the technician was more than kind and helpful, I received a follow up telephone call today to make sure everything was working properly, which it is. I then asked about receiving my invoice so I could pay for the service call, and I was told there would be no charge due to the reception I received when I initially called. To say I was taken aback is not an exaggeration. I was certainly not expecting this and I have to give full credit to Tradewinds Eco Energy Solutions for making sure their customer service is number one to them. I have no problem changing my rating and I am hopeful this situation was a great learning experience for their company. I gave a four star because I shouldn't have gone through this in the first place.

I called to see if this company was licensed to repair Fujitsu heat pumps and I was told they only do repairs for their own customers. The staff person said their calendar is full for new customers. When I asked “full till when”, I was told end of May. So I asked about scheduling the first of June, and it was repeated they only service their own customers. So I asked who else on PEI can repair these units, I was told to use Google. I hope they provide great service to their own customers as they are not helpful at all to new ones!

Hi. I am writing this note to acknowledge the excellent service provided by Tradewinds, in relation to a heat pump installed at my place. I had a site visit on Monday afternoon, installation on Tuesday morning, and electrical work on Wednesday afternoon. All of the people who came to do the work were efficient, on- time, neat, and professional. And the company provided clear and frequent communications with me throughout this process. I have not had quality service like this in years and years.
Congratulations to this company for truly providing client-centred service.
