This location has served me well and rarely has a long line. A couple of bothersome notes:

1. The location of the small load off loading bays are in a horrible spot right next to the excavators sorting the piles of garbage. They’re directly east of the pile and you’re essentially at times encapsulated in construction waste dust as the wind blows directly that way. As someone who uses this facility often, it’s been a concern for my health. Who’s know what dust is in those piles! No water being sprayed or anything to reduce the dust when i’m there. Because of this I’ve considered other locations that have the off loading bays far away from the sorting piles, or at least not down wind. Yes dumps are natural dusty, however some mindfulness into locations where customers are offloading would be beneficial.

2. Prices have really increased. A small load is now at least $60. There is a sign on the scale house window. So I know it’s up to me to decide otherwise.

We went there at 2:15 on sat 5 of july 2025 . Timing and board shows they close at 3pm. But no one was there to attend or take dump. Loader was there they said boss told them to close at 1pm . They don’t care about timing that is set

First & Last Time Here:

Make sure to come here at least 1 Hour before close if you have anything you’d like to dispose of.

I came 20 minutes before close and parked on the scale for a full 10 minutes before a tatted lady pointed her finger out the window to tell me they aren’t accepting anyone anymore because they’re near close.

Here’s a few alternatives I’ve had great experiences where employees aren’t incentivized to not care about clients.

I was looking forward to visiting

- Trail Road Landfill in Richmond (Clean & Fair Prices)

- Waste Connections of Canada Inc on Navan

In conclusion I’m sure people have had great experiences here. I may have caught them on their worst day. Best of luck.

Only 2 loading docks now and I had to move a trailer of theirs out so they’d unload me. I don’t understand how that’s my job, I don’t work here. Ridiculous

$113 to dump a mattress and frame and then be question to what else I was hiding in the truck. Should have put it to the curb. At least the garbage men give a smile.

Long line today but went quick. The only place I go with garbage and recycling from jobs. Quick and easy. Well organized.
