Great experience. Very friendly staff and nursing team. I was in and out an 1.5 hours. The emergency department was quick. Nurse said they weren't very busy. Only a few people were seeking medical attention. Clean building.

The nurses in the laboratory deserve more than five stars but the check-in staff do not. Whichever individual with the glasses and clownish, grown out, two-toned dyed hair is a freaking loudmouth when confirming personal and PRIVATE information. Take it down a notch; not all of us want our phone numbers, addresses, and REASON FOR VISIT shouted out to the world.

This hospital is so great, especially the emergency staff. As a first time mom I have brought my daughter in worried and panicked! Dalys the nurse was so awesome to my husband and I , he had such a calm energy that we instantly felt at ease. Doctor Savage then took a really close look at our daughter , he let us know she was fine and what to keep an eye out for. It made me feel so much better to know we were in great hands and to have some feedback on what to look for with infants at home.
I can't say enough about how knowledgeable and compassionate this staff is, and they never make you feel like you are asking a silly question. Thank you so much to all of the staff at Threehills we appreciate everything you do!

Have been coming every 2nd day for Home Care for 3 weeks now. Nurses are top notch. Friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. No problem recommending them.

Worst hospital I've ever been to, slowest staff. Was told there was only 2people ahead of me in emergency before I would get to see THE Dr.(that's right!! Only 1 Doctor) After waiting over 2hrs with no info or productivity I decided to write this review. However this is not the first time I've been to this hospital and had a bad experience. Months earlier I was put in acute care after a vehicle collision and was left waiting over an hour to get a catheter installed. Why does our tax money pay for these brain dead idiots Seems like they don't even care about the people who come to this hospital.

Our experience with home care is mixed. Girls, for the most part are great, HOWEVER they sure don't like coming to your home. We live about 20-25 minutes from town. I thought they were called HOME CARE not IN-PATIENT care. :/

Ashley at the physiotherapy clinic is fantastic! I had some injuries to my neck and she was very helpful with my recovery. To have it fully covered by Alberta health was a bonus!
