I'm a stingy reviewer so my 4 star rating is about as high as I go. If I could give ThermEnergy 4.5, I would. They gave excellent customer service and did very good work on site. Installing a new furnace and modern heat pump in a 100-year-old house is not straightforward and Nish, Ali and the ThermEnergy team did an excellent job of navigating the quirks of our home to do so. They were also very responsive before and during installation. I got 4 quotes for the job and ThermEnergy offered me one of the most competitive prices for the work. My one nitpick (and it's a small one) is with cleanup - they generally took everything but there were some scraps of garbage and old materials that I had to clean up afterwards. Overall the ThermEnergy team was very professional, hard-working and courteous and I would strongly recommend them for work that seems solid (it's only one day old) and good value. Thank you!

Nish & Team at ThermEnergy has been very prompt in communication, very friendly and respectful and has given a great price in replacing my water heater and fixing up some gas line repairs. I am very happy with their work and quality of the water heater. I was pleased to see commercial pro grade water heater which is better than the retail big box water heaters. The workers were fast and professional, and I will use this company again in the future if anything arises.

I'm very satisfied and happy with ThermEnergy service. I got Heat pump installed with Air handler. Salesperson Sohail helped me since beginning and gave suggestions to switch from Oil furnance to Heat Pump. Nish helped me with quotation, rebates, co-ordinating schedule according to my availability, always answer call whenever I had some questions. The excellent work and service by Raza and Arman. Very clean and professional installation. I appreciate after work they clear the space. We highly recommend their services and products. Heat pumps is Very silent I cannot hear any noise around. Does consume much electricity and more savings on natural gas 🙏

I just wanted to take a quick minute to review my recent services provided by ThermEnergy. I had been having issues with my furnace for a few weeks going in and out. I ended up having to have two service calls for this issue. Both calls were with the same two technicians (which I appreciated because I didn’t have to go over it with them again the second time). Turned out that the furnace needed a new part, the techs said they would go pick it up in Pickering and come right back (during very nasty weather). The came back and apologized for taking longer as they had to go to another city to get the part because they did not want to leave me without heat. The guys finally got the furnace up and running and it has been working great since.

Techs – Minesh and Lucien – fantastic team, they explained everything (and yet did not talk down to me). They were extremely polite and engaging and I felt completely comfortable with them in my home. I would definitely recommend ThermEnergy for any services going forward, and I would honestly request the same techs as they were fantastic.

Wonderful experience, the technicians, Ali and Raza. They were extremely knowledgeable. Installed a brand new furnace into my unit and the process was seamless. Technicians are helpful and answered all my questions. They also ensured to demo the new furnace installed and provided helpful instructions. Overall great experience and would recommend.

I found the whole experience of getting heat pumps installed by ThermEnergy to be stress free and straight forward. Kalapi came did the initial assessment as I was interested in using them for both heating and cooling, Nish took care of the rebate application and once that was approved Pankaj and Arman did the installation, which took two days. They made sure everything was working well and the the job site was clean before leaving.
