My freezer recently went out and I called my home warranty company (Cinch, great company by the way) and they set me up with a repair company that said they couldn’t make it out till a week later. I called Cinch back and they found me The Installer. I called Jeremiah and he told me he had a few jobs scheduled and he would fit me in when those were done. He showed up as promised and had my freezer back to running and my food saved in less than two hours. He was professional and courteous. I wouldn’t hesitate to use him again, with or without my Home Warranty.

Didn’t notice that my AC had stopped working until it was 90 degrees! Immediately filed through my landlords warranty and Jeremiah arrived in less than 10 mins. He did a FANTASTIC job and kept me updated on what was needed and what he was doing. He needed to replace the motor and was able to get the part and replace it all within about an hour. I greatly appreciated his transparency and he also took the time to educate me on the… I already forgot what he called it BUT I had boxes blocking the air. It’s now finally under 89 degrees and it sure beats the 96 that it was sitting at earlier!

You can never contact them, it goes to voicemail, then says mail box is full.
He has not finished the work, he said to confirm first if the compressor was freezing up and he would order a thermostat, I asked to go ahead and replace it if that was the issue. He said No, he needed me to confirm first. He entered a work order to my warranty company for a thermostat and a blower motor. He never mentioned a blower motor to me. My warranty approved it for 793 dollars and now I can’t reach this company. I will never use them ever, I only called because my warranty company said to call them.

Jeremiah was prompt, quick, and cleaned up after himself very well. He did a great job getting our HVAC back up and running before this recent warm spell and my family is grateful for it. Definitely would think of him first for any other HVAC or appliance needs.
