Our sale and purchase of a new house happened in June 2024. We worked with the Ian and Chantel Group, but mainly with Clay. The process was so streamlined and we were so happy with the results of the transition.
Starting out, Clay made sure we had clear and concise information about the market and where our acreage sat on that list. He gave us options and opinions based on knowledge and expertise in the real estate market. With how much of a 'roller coaster ride' the markets can be here in Alberta, we felt confident in the decisions we made with Clay.
We must have looked at so many houses, we were really unsure where in the City of Edmonton we were going to land, but Clay took us EVERYWHERE! Clay made sure to critique his search criteria every time we saw a new place to ensure he had the most accurate sense of what would really make us happy.
Once we found our house, the sale of the acreage and the purchase of the house were so streamlined and easy. NO STRESS! And....we LOVE our house!
