Date/Time of Visit; November 6 approximately 7:30pm went to Home Depot to get a key cut. The key cutting machine is conveniently located near the main entrance. Make a left when you walk in and it's right there. Machine was easy to use, and key was cut in no time. Machine cut is very accurate and no problems when I got home.
It was disappointing to see the cart return area in the mess that it was, which was surprising as there were multiple employees within the store from what I could see.
If the carts were organized/returned I would have given a 5 ⭐️

Great experience with the staff in customer service. ALE helped us set up with our flooring project and even got us approved for a higher credit limit for our project. Overall very happy with the service

Just visited the store today, and WOW.... lots of bolts missing from the racks (worse than the Brooklin location). I only had time to walk down half the isles, so I can't imagine how many more bolts are missing. Also, one of the overstock nets was WIDE OPEN.

Passed several employees, but only one of them acknowledged me. No one asked if I needed assistance. Store was somewhat clean.

The quality of the lumber is absolutely horrendous. We spoke to a manager who said we could pick the pieces we wanted and they would be delivered to us. Turns out that wasn't the case because when the wood was delivered it wasn't the ones we picked at all (we inconspicuously marked the ones we picked). Eight hours spent between two people picking lumber for a brand new deck completely wasted. I'll never come back as long as I live and I'll discourage everyone else from doing any business with the Home Depot as much as I can. What a waste. Customer service really doesn't exist at the Home Depot.

I was in here recently and I needed some help in the lumber section. Your employee Collin was there to assist. This employee exemplifies what it means it have a good work ethic and solid understanding of customer service. They went above and beyond and I didn’t even have to ask, they just did it. Really happy to see people like him still exist. Deserves all the recognition.

I can't say enough about the amazing service I received recently from Home Depot Ajax! Specifically the help from Assistant Store Manager Kenny! I purchased a garage fridge last September which turned out NOT be the garage fridge that was delivered (it looked the same as the one I saw in store). The fridge died during the January deep freeze. Kenny handled the matter with professionalism and compassion, and committed to resolving this issue. A new garage fridge was delivered within days of his promise! My sincere thanks to Kenny for his diligence and grace in handling this matter. Home Depot is lucky to have you on their team!!
