10/10 on professionalism, friendliness, knowledge, speed, convenience, etc.

We needed to find a new plumber fast because our original plumber that had quoted the work and everything all of a sudden fell off the face of the earth and stopped answering my texts and emails.

Sent out requests to multiple plumbers, but The Great Indoors were the only ones to respond back within 24 hours, and were able to come out, quote the work, and book the service appointment before some other companies had even just replied to the initial inquiry.

The plumbers were professional, efficient, and even made the recommendation to go with a cheaper system as it made more sense for what my family needed than what I had initially requested (I know nothing about plumbing, so their professional opinion was very helpful).

I will never call anyone else before calling this company first for the services they offer, and if anyone I know needs a plumber, I will highly highly urge them to come here first.

Nothing but good things to say about this experience.

They unclogged the drain in 2 hrs, fair enough...but to charge $358 to use their snake is outrageous. If I knew it was going to be that expensive I would've rented one for them to use at a fraction of the price. Definitely will be giving them horrible reviews whenever someone's ask for a plumber and their name comes up

Seen a guy named Kyle on west side quesnel using this companies work van as a moving van and yelling at a young girl who was trying to get her keys back from him after giving giving him his money back on damage because he wouldn’t or give keys without it. Very unprofessional and ignorant. Don’t know what he’s like at work but definitely not someone I’d like on my property. Very shady. Especially driving company vehicle. For everyone in apartments to see.

I chose The Great Indoors HVAC company to replace my furnace and hot water heater when I bought my home - not only were they quick and efficient, they truly gave me the best value for my dollar. In addition after installation (which they went above and beyond for), they had a technician out within half an hour when I had a panic moment. I highly recommend this company!!

This company is a delight to deal with.

Staff at the shop are very professional and go out of the way to provide a friendly experience.

The service and installation technicians are top notch and very willing to answer questions and explain all the details.

There are no high pressure sales techniques at work but the sales staff will work hard to make sure you get what you need at a reasonable price.

Bought a house 3 days later the heat went down. Kyle cam out very quick and got the furnace up and working. A week later the gas valve packed it in, Cam left his Christmas party to put heaters in my house to stop from freezing at -30 degrees. He Cam the following day on a Saturday to replace the valve. No extra charges for coming back out or putting the portable heaters in my house. Very happy and saved my water pipes from freezing.

I called randomly one day, my issue was not an emergency fyi. They were polite on the phone, gave me a schedule day that was relatively soon. They showed up on time. The guys were polite. They did their job and left. They supplied the equipment. I noticed the equipment installed was all on the high end in comparison and I had no choice in the matter. The time spent I did not think reflected the job. The bill was expensive. They readjusted it but I just dont like having to watch trades guys all the time. Now these guys were decent to deal with and I would use them again because they are the best of what Quesnel has to offer.

I went in looking for a fireplace insert and ultimately replaced my 40+ year old furnace and my 10 year old hot water heater and I replaced my wood burning fireplace with a natural gas insert. I would not like to leave the impression that I was "sold up" because that wasn't the case at all. I knew that the items I replaced needed replacing. What sold me was the warranties, the sale price and the Fortis rebates. The friendly service and the quick and efficient installation. I would recommend The Great Indoors HVAC company here in Quesnel to anyone.
