This morning I had two items picked up... A treadmill and large wooden shelves. Photos were sent to Morgan, who immediately texted me the firm price noting there was no GST. A morning date for pickup was also given and the two men arrived and efficiently loaded them away.
Yes, I could have listed them on Kijiji but then you have people that will say : "Oh I'll be there 2:00 p.m." and never show, and so on.
It's a great service especially if you're busy.

This company is excellent to deal with! They have great prices and a great schedule for rural garbage pick up, very easy to work with and always reliable. We moved to an acreage and love that we can use them for our spring clean up as well!

Good company
Garbage person would always put up by gate when windy- not anymore
But do strap lids back on so they don’t blow away
We have been using them for a number of years. We find their services reliable and financially friendly. If any questins about what we are putting out and if it is excepted, we can call and get a answer right away. The Garbage Man is a great service/company and we have recommended the company to family and friends.

I've been using the Garbage Man since Aug. 1991 and have never considered anyone else. I've come to know my collector very well and often watch for him on Tuesdays and share a visit. The company and its staff are professional, personal, clean and dependable, and the Bartha family are a great bunch to know. It also means a lot to my wife and I that supporting a local business is very important.

I’m so happy that we chose to switch from Strathcona County Garbage removal to The Garbage Man.

I’ve never had an issue with my garbage not getting picked up (unlike the county) my bins don’t get left or chucked in the middle of the road or in the ditch (unlike the county) and the prices are great too! I’d say better than the competition in fact!

The gentlemen who picks up our garbage is personable and easy to talk to. He even brought a treat for our dog!

I would never go back to using the county’s garbage removal services as long as The Garbage Man is available!

Great service and value. Very professional. They do what they say they will do! Used them several times for junk removal for rental properties and for other family members. Amazing to deal with.
