We had a 10 out of 10 experience with The Flooring Pros start to finish. Chase is extremely knowledgeable and far exceeded the first company we went to for a quote. He gave us all the information we needed, dropped larger samples off to our door, quoted quickly and accurately, the whole process went so smoothly. We had our entire house refloored minus bathrooms. The job got finished almost 2 days earlier than expected. The end result is 100% and I highly recommend The Flooring Pros.

So happy with our new floors. The stand out for me was the excellent communication throughout the process.
They were extremely helpful in providing assistance with colour ideas and running through how they would undertake the work. Everything was done meticulously and to the highest of standards. I would definitely do business with The Flooring Pros again. Give Chase a call, you won't be disappointed.

Just wanted to leave a review on the flooring guys. If you have been looking at flooring options the before you make a decision get in touch with chaise.(sorry mate if I spelled it wrong) i had what i had planned to do, and after discussions i had a better option that will suit my needs to a much higher standard. Then he was able to squeeze me in at short notice as he understood the reasons i was in a hurry. The quality of not only the product, but the entire job from start to finish. This was done over some pretty extreme heat during the prep and install but he soldiered through and smashed it out of the park. The finish ended up looking much better than i ever imagined

Chase completed our floors with such timeliness that we were able to move in before our baby was born. I’m so happy with the quality of the product, and how it has held up this past year with kids and dogs. Thank you for the wonderful job, looking forward to getting you back for the second half!
