Had them install a new Central Air unit for my house due to my 7 year unit no longer working and needing replacement. Purchased new system from them and they installs it and it worked fine. Service seemed great. Last year they came by in July for an annual inspection and they noticed that there was a small leak of Freon per their notes, but said it will work fine. And to make sure my furnace filters are clean, which I have been very thorough to do. This May I turned on the AC and noticed that there is no cold air coming through. Went to inspect my Ac unit outside and it was making a ding sound. Turned it off and tried to reach them in every possible manner, from Telephone to email to instagram and no answer. Seems that they conveniently are out of business. This ac is less than two years old and a separate inspector has advised that all the freon is leaked and will cost a lot of money to either repair or completely replace. I’m unsure if my warranty on the device can even be utilized considering the issue is with the initial installation and service that the Energy Center provided. Clearly there his has been an unpleasant experience.

They installed a furnace and AC for us 2 years ago, no complaints, it's worked well and they were a pleasure to work with

However their extended warranty is contingent on getting an inspection done every year, not a big deal had them in last year without issue. But getting that inspection this year has been a challenge. We had one booked in July and their technicians just didn't show up, since then I've called several times and never gotten an answer, messages I've left have not generated a response

I'm beginning to wonder if they are even in business anymore?

The review below was accurate at the time, however the company appears to have gone out of business, does not answer the phone, nor return phone calls. They did not show up for a scheduled appointment two weeks ago at the end of August. The door is locked although someone can be seen inside seated at a desk. No attempt has been made to contact customers to explain. Very frustrating since I had to cancel my VISA card to stop the automatic payment for my service plan.

Thoroughly enjoyed working with this company. They responded quickly when my old furnace broke down (for the third time), and temporarily fixed the problem. I was given (at my request) excellent information about a new system, including bonuses, and offered some extra bonuses when I wanted to add a new water heater to the package. The installation happened the next day and the technicians were very personable and knowledgeable, making the whole process as stress-free as possible. I'm extremely happy with my new, reliable, furnace and wouldn't hesitate to recommend The Energy Centre.

I have dealt with the Energy Centre for a number of years and have been satisfied with the service received. However, last year, after the management changed, I had a water heater installed and I was most impressed with the advice provided by Joseph and Anthony as well as with their expert work to complete a difficult installation. The company has modernized its management practices, and now maintenance checklists, job summaries and invoices are provided on line immediately after job completion. Service calls are punctual with text notification of expected arrival time. Their recommendations are well thought out with no sales pressure. Highly recommended.

It has been a very easy and smooth process for us when dealing with Energy Centre and their staff in our search to install a new central AC unit for our home. From our 1st interaction to set up an in-house estimate to the AC installation itself, Energy Centre and their staff have been great and easy to deal with. Anthony was great at providing options to save costs while also adding value to our quote. Connor and Jeff were very friendly and helpful technicians for the installation. We also found all of their staff to be punctual, respectful, professional, and clean when performing their work at our home. Joseph was super helpful too when we had to call their office after noticing a leak around the pump right after the installation to have the technicians come back to look at the problem. On top of all this, we thought the price we paid to install a new central AC unit was very fair and good value compared to some of the other quotes we received in the area. We intend to continue using Energy Centre for any of our heating and cooling needs.
