Usually don't leave reviews, but I had such a good experience with Better Bin that I felt it was only fair to do so.

I used the bin to conveniently throw things out while decluttering my home and garage. Katie M, my sales rep, was incredibly helpful explaining the service, benefits and answering all my questions throughout the rental.

I was impressed by no fees, the flat rate, and the quick delivery/pickup, which made the service even more appealing. The overall service was excellent. Highly recommend.

We had an excellent experience with The Better Bin Company, their communication was great. The bin was larger than we expected and we cleared out our shed and basement with lots of junk. I highly recommend doing this, sometimes you've just gotta purge and clear out the stuff that isn't good enough to donate. This is a great service, thank you!

I've been seeing the bins around my neighbourhood and decided to go with Better Bin specifically because the price is listed on the site, and it was the perfect size for what I needed. There aren't any extra fees or charges on the invoice, and the man on the phone was polite and helpful! Removing the bin was no fuss for me either. Would definitely recommend and use them again in the future.

Great service!!! Used the bin 3 times and they where prompt everytime. Even cleaned up some materials that blew out overnight and I did not get a chance to put back in. I highly recommend.
