Un excellent gymnase Bill est un excellent instructeur et coach avec les compétences pour le soutenir. Je recommande fortement à tout le monde intéressé par le MMA, la défense personnelle ou simplement pour se mettre en forme à venir visiter The Academy Le nouveau gymnase est incroyable

J'ai été en train de suivre des séances de formation depuis un mois environ maintenant, principalement faisant du BJJ. Bill, le propriétaire, est incroyablement encourageant et amical, créant un environnement positif et accueillant. Les séances sont bien structurées et les instructeurs sont très compétents. Je suis impatiente de découvrir les chapitres suivants de mon voyage au sein du gymnase.

Great gym! Bill is a great instructor and coach with the skills to back it up. I highly recommend anyone interested in MMA, self defense or just getting into great shape to come check out The Academy! The new gym is amazing!!!

I have been attending training for a month or so now, mostly doing BJJ. Bill, the owner, is incredibly encouraging and friendly, creating a positive and welcoming environment. The classes are well-structured, and the instructors are highly knowledgeable. With great anticipation, I eagerly await the unfolding chapters of my journey within the gym.

Great calibre of training, Bill is excellent at providing useful feedback to improve your technique. Friendly vibe, inclusive, diverse and the facility is kept very clean. My abilities have improved already in the short time I've been attending class. Definitely recommend to anyone wanting to try martial arts but may be a little nervous.

This is a truly positive learning environment. I have never regretted walking in the front door, and never regretted limping back out again!
