Came to drop off some old electronics and recycling. Kids can handle the operation alone and it makes them a few bucks for their work. Staff is always friendly and helpful.

There are times when it gets busy & due to that the floor gets sticky. I always enjoyed talking to staff as they counted my empties.

The beer cans I return to the Terrace Inn Beer and Wine store unless someone gives me a bag of empties before I get there.

Hours on website are never the real hours, I specifically called Friday morning about prices for my returns and to get special hours for long weekend, I was told normal hours except closed on Monday for thanksgiving, and over 1L are still .20 until the 11. Go today (Saturday) at 4:07 and there is a note on the door stating they closed at 4 Friday and Saturday and won’t be open until Tuesday morning. What is the point of specifically asking questions if you get false information. I would have re arranged my schedule if I had of known the actual times. Now I have to unload my car, and don’t get full price for my returns on anything over 1L or alcohol cans or growers cooler bottles (refillable bottles, ie; twist off caps)

Terrace Return-It centre puts up with a lot, unhappy customers are everywhere yes, but they can only do so much. They only pay 5 cents for beer cans as they do NOT have their liquor license and am happy to see they tell people before ringing them in. They do close at an odd time BUT so do many other businesses.

Absolutely horrible. Do not bring your bottles here. Very poor service, rules for sorting and counting change every time I come, they shorted my count by over 50 cans, let alone the plastics. And they only pay 5 cents per can, when it should be at least 7-10. My opinion- lazy crooks. Never again! And I have worked at a bottle depot before, this is just not right!

Will never bring my empties here. They do not give full amount on beer cans. Supposed to be 10 cents per can. They only give 5 cents per can.

5 cents a can for beer cans is a rip off. Took my kids to show them how they can earn money and you guys rip them off. Shame on you.
