Tenet Power is such a small great company starting up and helping people to achieve their goal to save electricity bill! Their crew size might be minor but their workmanship as a team is exceptional. They will guide you from start to finish giving you recommendation and will work according to your reasonable budget. They will explain everything firsthand before writing the contract up.

My experience with TENET Power has been fantastic. Alex Qu is very professional, and his team (especially Jerry) is very helpful. I had been in touch with TENET for months as I shopped around with several other solar installers. With every other company I dealt with sales reps, but with TENET it was refreshing to deal directly with the lead engineers who understood exactly what I wanted. Alex laid out several options for me to decide from. I had considered Enphase, SolarEdge, SMA products to name a few. In the end i decided to go with 550w Longi panels with APSystems DS3 inverters for my project. Alex included rodent guards, SENSE monitoring, and extended warranties on everything applicable in the quote. The installation was done in just two days. The panels look great on the roof, and the wiring was run through the attic and back side of the house and looks great aesthetically. TENET's pricing is very competitive, and I feel I got the best value without compromising on quality. Alex also helped me out with 0% bridge loan financing so that I could get my installation done without spending anything out-of-pocket, just until my Greener Homes loan came in. This was much appreciated as I understand this kind of funding is very limited, and nobody else was able to offer this. During the installation there were some unrelated issues -- the lock on my backyard gate broke (it was already loose), but Jerry fixed it right away - no questions asked. A few days after the installation, I had an issue with loss of power in one of my bathrooms. It was clear that this had nothing to do with the solar panel installation or the breakers, but Alex and Jerry came in the next day to diagnose and resolve the issue - no questions asked. It certainly helps that they are both highly qualified engineers. I highly recommend TENET Power as one of the leading solar system providers in Alberta.

We (in Edmonton) have had an excellent experience with Tenet power. Dandelion Renewables referred us to them (we worked with them previously). We went to Dandelion in 2018 because their reputation was excellent, and our experience with them was exceptional, but they were unavailable to help us this time. Their referral meant a great deal to me. Tenet provided an estimate within a couple of days, and it was competitive with others we received. Our project was somewhat complicated, as we were working towards net zero. Since we were replacing three gas-powered appliances, we did not have accurate data to estimate our annual electrical load. We also were building a garage to put our additional solar on, and had the added complication of attempting to design the roof to optimally fit the solar panels, when we didn't yet know how many or what size panels we would need. Alex and Josh supported us in determining our load needs, our roof design and any engineering precautions we needed to be aware of, our metal roofing installation to almost eliminate penetrations, and of course our electrical design, as we had to redo the electrical panel for our house entirely. They communicated openly and well with other contractors, and even attended an Earth Day event we hosted. We applied for the Canada Greener Homes grant, and having access to an interest free bridge loan until we received payment from the Greener Homes program was a huge stress relief for us. We definitely recommend Tenet!

Alex is very helpful with the whole process and accommodating, ready to anwer questions particularly when we were applying for the Canada Greener Homes grant.
Alex and his team are all professional, they delivered, and kept their word when the job will be done.
I also like how Alex assisted me with booking an inspection with the city and how his team completed the work. They did not leave any mess in the work area.

The Tenet team went above and beyond with our proposal and installation. They clearly communicated what was required of us, and provided thorough and understandable proposal information. The project was completed according to the expected timeline and they offered advance warning of home visits. They also worked to ensure that I would still have access to install our seasonal sunshade that extends over the deck. The costs outlined in the original proposal were honoured, and there were no surprises related to hidden charges. They also beat the deadline for the City of Edmonton grant, on my behalf. I wanted to have the solar modules installed on my roof and consulted with TENET.

Given the age of my shingles, TENET provided information on re-installing the solar modules after changing the shingles in the future. The information is very helpful for me to decide not to proceed with the installation.

I am writing this review as an authentic thank you to Tenet Power - specifically, one of their partners, Mr. Joseph Capati. We recently had our basement finished in time for the pandemic. He was referred to us by a good friend who had a great experience with him and his company. True enough, he came on time and was very professional with his advise on how we could maximize our basement build and still be very cost-efficient. The good thing about dealing with small local companies is that they truly care about what their clients need and put these needs at the forefront of their discussions. Dealing with Tenet power - and Joseph doesn't feel like you are taking a chance on a small business BUT rather like dealing with family who will always but your best interests first.
