Terrible. Rescheduled 3 times while my home had no hot water, stove or heating/cooling. Finally came to do the work and did half the job without telling me. When I looked and realized a few days after they said it wasn’t in my quote when it was. Tried to rip me off waiting to see if I bought a furnace before doing the remaining work and when I said i would wait to see how they completed their first job before commuting to another 7 thousand dollars of work, they tried to get me to pay for the first work that wasn’t done. Nightmare company. The owner is retired and send subcontractors in. Be aware. I wouldn’t trust this company period.

The service rendered to us for installing our A/C by Len ( owner) , Ginadi and Ty were excellent!
At first , I was skeptical to get Tempasure because there are a lot of companies to choose .
I did my research and reviews, and decided to call Tempasure .
A GREAT JOB DONE!!!
Their patience too were exceptional ( navigating the flight of stairs compounded with sweats to reach our unit - roof deck)
Bottom line: Our family is happy cool and comfortable!

In a classic moment, our water heater failed 1 month after we got out of our rental contract. We researched a few options. I sent an email to Tempasure and Len got back to me within 15 minutes. I shared another quote from a big box store with him and he sent me his estimate within an hour. It was not the lowest estimate we got but was for better equipment, and a better warranty. In addition to this, we've worked with Tempasure before and know that the service is unquestionably good. The work was booked quickly, installation painless, and the new heater is up and running. This was a very good experience with Tempasure.

I had a problem with my combi boiler so I call Len. He quickly responded and sent Ty to check it out. It took a few tries to figure out the issue but they managed to solve the problem. The team were polite and pleasant to deal with.

Tempasure replaced my old furnace over a year ago and my AC unit this summer. Not only were their installers professional courteous and hard working but the installations were done in a timely matter so that we were up and running the same day. But the mark of a great company is how they react when there is a problem. Two weeks after our AC unit was installed it broke down. I alerted Len to the issue Sunday night and Monday morning 9 am the installer was inspecting the unit only to find that it was a faulty AC unit. By Tuesday we were up and running with a new replacement AC unit and our home has been nice and cool ever since. Thanks Len, you're the best!
