Only been inside this branch a few times as I do most of my banking online. From my experience the staff has always been pleasent to deal with and knowledgeable on offers regarding my account. Last time I went in to deposit some cash and was able to make changes to my account based on the staff members recommendations that helped save me money in my day to day banking. They also quickly went through some offers the bank had for me based on my banking records. They were able to clearly explain my options leaving me feeling as though I was able to make informed decisions regarding my accounts. Very happy with the service provided.

Drive through ATM and inside ATM refuse to work. You cannot deposit money. Why does this never work?

Horrible experience with TD bank visa dispute Centre. I have a TD visa for years and I have been spending thousands of dollars every month and never been late once in my payment. I got scammed recently from a merchant that charged my visa while didnt do the right job. TD dispute Centre kept putting me in too much stress through phone calls over more than 3 months period and every time I speak with them I feel this is the first time I talk to them. Every time I speak with an agent I feel they had no clue of what was mentioned in my previous call. After over 3 months back and forth of calls, they sent me an email saying that my dispute was declined. Because I'm certain that this was because of a lack of communications between their agents, I had to cancel my visa with TD

From going to having the best experience to the worst. After waiting 20 minutes I asked if they were going to be awhile because I just wanted to cash a Cheque and the one teller looked up at me and rudely said actually yeah because I’m setting something up here. At no point did either teller make an effort to make eye contact to tell us waiting in line that they would be awhile . The other one was adjusting someone’s phone. She then told me that was no way to talk to her and I said well you’d isn’t look up at all to inform any of us in line you’d be awhile. I said I woke in customer service and she said sarcastically ‘or course you do.’ I said I actually do and I often look up to speak to clients waiting. She was having a full fledged conversation asking if the guy was someone’s brother and at times she was not doing anything but conversing.

It was a long day I had to get home, I needed groceries and standing for 20-30 minutes for stellar while NOBODY offered to get anyone else when there were two other people that could have helped. I asked because I could have gone elsewhere and she was rude so I was rude right back. You don’t decide to do long transactions at 5 pm on a Thursday night when people are coming in for money or at least earn your clients so I wouldn’t have waited 25 minutes in line!
Won’t be going there again ever. Not once did either teller look up and smoke to say we’re going to be awhile.

I have had absolutely nothing but positive experiences here at this TD Bank. From the outstanding customer service and warm smiles to the fact that every week or two when I show up at near closing time, they are always so helpful and willing. I also love that this bank closes at 8 as working until 5 or 6 makes it difficult sometimes to get banking done. Thank you for your service.
