Friendly and helpful staff, quick service! It's convenient to be able to drive right up and have the staff come take your items. Great location, easy to access. So nice to have an electronics and appliances recycling facility on the peninsula. Good hours, convenient that they are also open on the weekend.

Deserve a 0 , was there last week. They tried to get me for 200 bottles , I told them I'll take them home and they said they made a mistake, lol , The scary women is rude as hell , won't be going back, forget her ,Haired face ?

I took 940 bottles down there .Each bag was counted and the amount of bottles inside were marked on the outside of the bag. The woman at the counter decided they had to be recounted and said they're were only 802 bottles total. That's 138 bottles less than i counted. There's no way it was off by that amount. They are pocketing peoples money and that's not right.

Great service. I hadn't been in awhile. Now you stay on your car and they unload everything for you. There is a wait if you didn't count in advance but its not bad. Was quite busy after lunch on a Thursday.

I love the way they do it now with you staying in your car. It's awesome, they were friendly and super helpful. My bottles weren't counted and they didn't seem to mind. I'll be going here next time again.

I thought I would have a wait, because they were quite busy when I arrived with a large broken TV that I couldn't lift out of the car. One of the employees came right out to help, said "no problem miss, I can get that for you".
Better customer service than a lot of places in the city. Easy to get to, easy to get in out.
