Called them as our previous company didn't work with Rheem, and WOW. I'm thoroughly impressed. Firstly, they fixed our (2mo) hot water tank and now it's running hotter than this recent summer heat. I can finally get some dishes done without having to run to the basement and relight the pilot each time. Secondly, we had a water tank give out on our other home just hours before closing the sale, and they got in SUPER FAST. Like I'm talking, I was still stressing about the flood damage and they were already in and out. Everyone I have dealt with has been professional and courteous. And the bill wasn't as much as I expected either, so that's a bonus!

A/C unit stopped working, called them and they were able to come the next day. They called me before they were going to come and once they were here they had system diagnosed and fixed within 1 hour. Fast, professional service, would recommend them!

The work done was decent and the plumbers were all right. They left a bit of a mess behind (didn't clean up the junk left from cutting holes in drywall, the bits of pipe left behind) but weren't rude or dirty. The work the men did seems to be decent. It was, however, a rather high bill for the work done. But the owner of Taber Temp is what really earns this business a single star rating. I might have given them 3 stars if it hadn't been for Darcy. First we had a slight disagreement about returning a spare part we didn't end up needing and didn't want to charge the mortgage company for. I wanted a new receipt without the extra item to submit to the mortgage company. Then when we another disagreement when the job was finished, Darcy was verbally abusive towards me (a woman) on the phone, calling myself and my husband crooks, among other names, for insisting on an adjusted invoice without mileage/service charges when a weld didn't hold within the first 24 hours. He yelled into the phone, spoke over me so I couldn't explain myself, and then hung up when I asked him to speak to my husband. We felt we had been polite, respectful, and fair. We were treated with contempt and rudeness in return. Darcy then expected us to pay interest charges when we paid the invoice late! He hadn't sent us an adjusted one despite telling my husband a month previously that he would. All in all, the interpersonal experiences far outweighed the work done. We do not recommend this company for noncommercial jobs.

These guys are crooks, single woman or seniors, I do not recommend these guys ever. They will screw you for big bucks and make a mess of your home. Beware!!

I just asked for an estimate and the guy was very nice helped me find what number my tank was and did a great job as a service tech. All and all I'd say it was a good call

I would never call any other plumbing company. They are quick to come out to the house. Very efficient and reliable, the best family business.
