I, MYSELF AND ALL MY FAMILY MEMBERS ARE GOING TO DPOP OFF OUR RECYCLABLES, RETURNABLES AND REUSABLES AT THIS PLACE SINCE WHEN WE ARE HERE IN SURGERY. IT IS CLOSE TO MY HOME AND THE PEOPLE ARE NICE AND PROVIDE A GOOD SERVICE.

They do not give you full refund. If you pay 10 cents to government during buy, these guys only return you back 8 cents. So be careful

Paying less and not honest in counting. Old lady on counter with name tag badge is very rude, arrogant, I'll mannered and hyper. Stay away from this location.

The employee (white male with long braid) was extremely rude to me when I came to drop off bottles. He refused to take glass bottles despite on the bottle depot website it says they accept them. He spoke in a rude manner with me and I took my services to a different location. Very disappointed in the customer service, in my 30 years of coming to this location I have never been treated like this.

Worst bottle depot. Stoll waiting for my credit of returns from over 3 weeks ago.
Always takes more than the 10 days website says and then have to lodge complaints.

Been coming here for 9 years now. Recently though, feels like the employees must have instructions to manipulate the count , and scam people . Profitable it is but illegal . Make sure to count your turn in's first .

Experiences are not always perfect, but overall for about 10 years I have found them to be very accommodating and reasonable.
All issues I have ever witnessed someone have could be described as the customer acting entitled and/or unreasonable. Problems are prevented by being aware of what will or won’t be accepted, knowing how to sort empties (ie separate pop cans from beer cans), and keeping your returns relatively clean. I never have issues here.

Worst place ever they didn’t even count half my bottles and then when I confronted The old Asian lady she said no those bottles are mine now so basically stealing my bottle and not even paying for the bottle ….. the place is so filthy and so gross there are bottles in the parking lot but at the end of the day don’t go here your better off going to the one in Langley by the bypass they take it out of bag for you and count it properly don’t go here worst place ever i’m surprise there still open it’s a health hazard
