We are really pleased with our installation, adjustments, and winterization! We installed in the fall and can't wait to see the benefits to our lawn next spring/summer! Their system works with a really customizable app. They also will walk you through how to use it! Highly recommend.

I had an issue with the sprinkler heads that were installed on 7/27/2023. Thank you for your PROMPT responsiveness to my complaint. SAME DAY resolution! The supervisor was professional, polite, and said "I'll take care of it." And he did, by himself in 100 degree heat!

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! As a former military family of 20+ years, we've worked with a lot of companies. Superior Sprinkler is the BEST of these! We purchased a house with an older system and lots of problems. Superior worked with us to give a clear estimate of work needed, and did the work to get our sprinklers up and running quickly. When we moved to a new home, I chose Superior Sprinkler to install a new sprinkler system. They used quality parts, took the time to do the job right, walked us through the entire process, and even set-up the new controller! We ran into an issue with our system when our lawn mowing company ran into our outside line and turned off the system without notifying us. Before i knew this, I had no idea what was wrong with my system, and tried everything. Karen walked me through troubleshooting, and ultimately we figured out the problem. They dispatched someone to my house next day and called me with consistent updates. My system was fixed quickly, and the customer service i received was incredible. We have switched to their mowing company as a result, and would recommend them to anyone.

Overpriced and hard to communicate with. I don't recommend Superior Sprinkler System company.

We removed one of our sprinkler pipelines and rerouted one pipeline because we are putting in a deck and patio. The estimate came out to a little over thousand dollars (deck guys said they can do for $800 total ($400 each)). I decided to go with Superior Sprinkler since they installed our sprinkler system from the beginning and they know where all the lines are.

However, the actual bill came out to twice the estimate they gave us. The estimate says in small writing with "A separate estimate may need to be done upon completion of the job to evaluate rest of system". Who would think a normal work will cost double the original estimate?
We emailed back and forth for a many times and we ended up getting a 50% discount for the second estimate in ADDITION to the first estimate amount.

They rerouted one of pipelines but the end of the rerouted pipeline actually is cutting into under the deck ground area where we initially asked the technician to stay far from because the patio will be built there, so we asked them to reroute it completely outside of beneath the deck area as originally asked, but they sent me another estimate of $1000 for that work, which they didn't do right in the first place. I offered to pay 50% of that estimate even though they messed up, but they refused.

Very disappointed and frustrated with them.
