Horrible experience with their fence rentals. They left garbage everywhere, like cut zip ties, rope, steel legs, all over the park when they removed the fence. Super Duper job ?

I would not recommend this business to any small business. They make it extremely difficult to cancel (only registered mail? Making it difficult for those of us that are busy running a business that you have the physically go into a post office and they just hope you won’t do it and make you keep their services longer). Their contracts are a joke and automatically renew? What is that? When a small business is literally closing down due to the economy, they will not work with them what so ever. Not to mention that they never actually fulfilled their contract (which I am still stuck in) because we had to contact at least ten times asking them why they didn’t pick up (I shouldn’t have to babysit a business to ensure they are doing their job that we are paying for). They don’t have to fulfill their contract but I do?

The kicker, I shared my experience on social media (to 33,000 followers), and I was overwhelmed with the amount of messages that I recieved from former customers AND employees, none of which were positive. I wanted to support a local business (that’s what my business is all about) but it was very disappointing how much lack of empathy this business has, and honestly the fact that you don’t actually deliver on what is being paid for. If you can’t fulfill your contract you shouldn’t be holding small businesses by the neck to fulfill their end. Listen to the feedback of your customers and employees, it will make a difference.

Very poor customer service. No respect and don't care about customers. Beware of their contracts terms. Whatever additional service you need, they will just add to your existing contract and lock you in for a few more years. When you want to speak to someone, they just ignore your calls and emails.

I signed up with Supersave garbage disposal about 3 months ago in New West for my business. Marty Ruppel was my advisor and has been great at communicating and helping me with any issues.

Yes, i had issues with pickup, but i just spoke with head-office, they made sure to schedule another truck for a missed pickup and have been good about following up with me. They even had the driver call me to sort out a better plan, my lot is on a busy road so it's hard for them to back-in especially if my lot is full. I get why it's hard to service.

Honestly, i saw a lot of a bad reviews which made me worried, but my experience has been good. Yes, there are problems as with any service, yes it can always be better, but i've had absolutely no issues communicating with them and trying to sort them out. Everyone i talk to on the phone has been reasonable and polite and has helped me.

My impression is that if you're reasonable so are they, just pickup the phone and talk to them..

I also used their fence rental during construction as well as portable toilet. Had no issues with any of them..

Maybe other areas and other advisors might not be as good, but if you're in new west and get Marty, you should be solid.

We rented fencing from SuperSave and paid our final bill- but continue to be charged months later. I have tried reaching out multiple times over a period of months to their billing department, our sales rep, and general line, and have gotten no response. We will never use this company again and are still continuing to attempt to recoup the money they are taking from our business.

We have using Super Save for 3 locations for garbage, organic and fence rentals for 3 years and we have had the best experience with them.

We have always received excellent timely pickups and Rob who signed us up 3 years ago is still available for our team and managers if we are are facing any issues during winter or delays.

Terrible and unethical practices by this company - avoid them! Like many other reviewers here, at our strata townhome complex we have been experiencing repeated 'overcapacity charges', without explanation and without proof. We have gone to great lengths as a community to ensure no oversized or overweight objects go into our bin, and yet somehow the charges keep being added on, almost every single month, for between $25-$30, and this most recent invoice, for $54! Month after month this has gone on.

I have called the company several times and never received any sort of sufficient explanation, nor any piece of proof of any such overages. Many of the representatives I spoke with were also rude and unfriendly. The last time I called to discuss this, I did speak with someone seemingly helpful and sympathetic, who promised me a follow up phone call from the appropriate department... which of course never came.

I am reporting them to the Better Business Bureau; we are taking our business elsewhere. I encourage anyone who doing their research and reading this in consideration of whether or not to give your business to them, to avoid them and look elsewhere. And just note the number of complaints listed here, and all the empty responses from the company/owner.
