Customer service has been great. I also like that they have so many services they offer when it comes to installing a heat pump such as having their own electricians and can remove the oil tank. The only thing preventing me from giving a 5 star (perfect score) is just due to some miscommunication or lack of information provided at times that would have been helpful. Otherwise they were quick to try and clear anything up. I would recommend the company.

I had my ducted heat pump system installed today. I cannot say enough about how fabulous the team who arrived and worked throughout the day were. They arrived on time, actually early and were professional and courteous. They explained everything well and patiently answered all my questions and delivered on a few requests.
They removed my oil tank and old furnace and everything looked fabulous when they were done. I would never have known they were here.
Everything was clean and tidy when they were done. Best customer service experience from the 8 to 10 guys (and gals) I lost count after a while of just how many trades people were here.
Even sent me a couple videos at the end of the day about how the system operated. VERY highly recommend. They were a little more expensive than the competition but
WOW…. Worth the few extra bucks.Fabulous job. Can’t thank everyone enough.

We bought a Fujitsu ductless heat pump + installation from them. Everything from first visit, quote, scheduling of installation and actual installation by electrician and heat pump technicians was done very efficiently and to our satisfaction. The team arrived on time, made no mess, did a quality job and were friendly. All questions were answered with patience, even on a rainy Friday afternoon after a long work week.

Sunshine has always given us the best service right from the time we bought our heat pumps through all the service calls they have made over the years. They are prompt and their technicians are knowledgeable and most importantly they make sure they clean the place before they leave. Brad was awesome.

Did a fine job I guess cleaning my heat pumps and took care to clean up after which I really appreciate. But my god, I have been inundated with spam/promotional messages from this company since the day I made the booking. I unsuscribed, but I still received a text from them today asking me to recommend them to a friend! So annoying, and would not recommend them based on this.
