Aux 2 équipes de travailleurs: excavation/électriciens(4) et installateurs (5) je donne "5 étoiles" SANS hésitation. Pourquoi? Leur efficacité, leur courtoisie, le bel esprit de coopération et conséquemment leur efficacité, et le temps pris à répondre à mes questions m'ont agréablement surpris; ils méritent 5 étoiles en effet!
Le processus toutefois entre la signature du contrat et l'installation du système a été parfois lent et lourd. On m'avait averti que ça prendrait 6 à 8 mois mais je ne m'attendais pas à autant de petits ajustements en cours de route. Au processus... 3 étoiles.
Quant au système et structure, je suis très heureux d'avoir choisi une installation terrestre VS sur le toit. Pourquoi? Optimisation de l'angle p/r au soleil, la captation par l'arrière des panneaux solaires via la réflexion sur la neige en hiver. Et, à ma surprise, c'est même plaisant à l'oeil!

Somme toute, 4 étoiles. Finalement, je suis content d'avoir choisi SUNLY.

For the most part we were satisfied and system works well, during installation we wanted the wire under our deck to go through our house instead. Sunly ran conduit under the deck which was a clean install but will get in the way later if we need to work on our deck. The project form beginning to end was professional and had lots of assistance to get everything done. Special mention to Breanna and Cody, all the employees of Sunly were great, even accounting!

Start to finish a solar panel installation is a lot of work/paper work. Sunly was super helpful throughout the whole process and even after the system was installed. Anytime I had a question they were fast to respond and help with anything. The system works great, and our power bill has gone down significantly! Very friendly and professional people. Our sales rep was extremely helpful and knowledgeable as was the whole team. Any questions or concerns were promptly answered. Our ground mounted system works and looks great. The payment plan with our power bill already lowers our average monthly cost. We are no longer concerned about rising energy costs.
